The hotel is conveniently located in the centre, really close to the east side gallery and also very close to S-Bahn station for easy access into the city. The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers a decent variety of options. There is a swimming pool and sauna available for guests to relax after a long day of exploring. The shared kitchen and game facilities provide entertainment for everyone.
The wifi signal can be weak and inconsistent in some parts of the hotel.

We had an amazing experience at Plus Berlin Hostel Und Hotel! The comfortable beds and good communal services made our stay enjoyable. The sauna was a great addition for some relaxation. The receptionists, particularly Laura, provided really good service and gave us wonderful recommendations on places to visit. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean and spacious loft room with private bathroom. Great location, right next to the train station and in a lively neighborhood. Easy to navigate to all the major sites, including the East Side Gallery. Delicious and affordable buffet breakfast for only €6. Superb and helpful staff, always ready to assist.
